Will I receive purchase confirmation?

I have ordered my products and paid 3 weeks ago..,..I called like 5 times always the answer machine, sent a bunch of mails...no answers!!!.still didn't receive anything!! and it's really annoiying to run after my orders we pay u this is not a good customer support......I gave the names the orders the bankinformations............still didn't get any answers!!!really don't have time for this, why is it so complicated......please otherwise transfer my money back or call

I've emailed and I have got no response, I cannot track my order and my order says status error. when I try to submit a ticket it redirects me to a oage that does not exist. Is there a telephone number fir me to talk to someone? I may have to got to the omnibusman as I have paid over €100 and I have no responses at all this is not the right way to be treated
