This can be caused by several things, please try all of the following troubleshooting steps:
- Our site can encounter issues on mobile devices. Please use a PC, Mac or Laptop to place your order. If that is not the issue, the problem you are describing may be caused by certain web browser settings.
- The quickest thing to try is using a different browser. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, or if you are already using that browser, try a different one such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
