If you want to make a change to the address for your order, please provide the existing and new shipping addresses when you contact customer service.
Some orders may be fulfilled before we can respond to your message. In this instance you are welcome to keep the order or "return to sender" or "return to shipper" through the shipping carrier for a refund.
Customer service is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM US/Central Monday thru Friday and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US/Central (starting December 19th).
