Fleshlights
Minor cosmetic defects are common with injection molding but should in no way affect the use or integrity of the sleeve.
With the material being so incredibly soft there is no way you would feel any micro tears and bubbles in the material.
If there is substantial damage to the sleeve please email photos of the damage to CustomerService@Fleshlight.com.
Fleshlight Cases
The cases are designed to never fully seal. There must be some air displacement in order for the product to work so no matter how tight the end cap is there will still be air flow.
The retaining ring is also designed to be removed for easier cleaning but should snap back into the case. There is a smaller end on the ring, face that end down into the case and press the case onto a flat surface.
Vibrators and other Third Party Products
Any other damaged or defective products please email photos or a short video of the defect to CustomerService@Fleshlight.com.
Launch Issues
Please review this Flowchart of how to resolve problems with getting your Launch to work.
Flowchart For Launch Troubleshooting
We have found that the Flowchart resolves most problems that customers have found.
If you are having issues with getting your Launch into manual mode, please go through the following steps;
Ensure that the Launch software update has been done on the device you are pairing it with. After it has been updated, the blue light should be flashing on the Launch when it is turned on. Hold your finger on the button where the blue light is flashing until the blue light turns off (this should take about 5-10 secs). Press the power button once (do not hold it down to turn it off) and the Launch will start moving which you can then control in manual mode.
If you still cannot get your Launch to work after going through this Flowchart, please send us a video of what the Launch is doing, so we can review it and determine the best solution, moving forward.
