If you have an account you may be able to log into the accounts section in the upper right on the homepage.
You can find tracking numbers for your orders on the Order History Page
From there you should be able to see order history and statuses. If you do not have an account or can't find the information you're looking for contact us at customerservice@fleshlight.com. Please provide the email you used to make the order, the order number and other relevant information to your request.
Why is my order "Unfulfilled"?
Unfulfilled just means the order is being pulled or that the tracking information has yet to be scanned in by UPS
Keep in mind our warehouse is closed on the weekends and we are experiencing larger delays due to the mandatory shutdowns but are working to fulfill orders as quickly as we can with the limited staff allowed. Once your package is shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with your tracking number included.
Finding Your Tracking number
Sometimes the tracking emails can be delayed though the package has shipped out. If you have yet to receive it feel free to email or call customer service with your order ID number and it can be sent to you.
